You may return most new items with tags still attached, odor and pet hair-free, within 14 days of delivery for full store credit. Packages must be postmarked within the 14 day period. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, but we'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). To return an item, simply email email@example.com for instructions. Any item discounted 25% or more is final sale.
Once we receive your returned items, we will issue you a gift card in the amount of the returned items. If you return an item outside of the 14 day window, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your gift card if returned within 30 days, and a 50% restocking fee if returned between 31 and 60 days. All other returns will be donated and no gift card will be given.
All store credits will expire after one year.
We ship to any address in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, for a flat rate of $5.95. Orders over $100 ship free! We also ship to Canada for a price that is calculated at checkout, based on the weight of the items you are purchasing.
When you place an order, we do our best to ship your items within one business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking information, and you should receive your items within 2-4 days from placing your order.
Due to processing fees, we only allow cancellation of orders with a 10% restocking fee. Please be sure that you are ready to purchase your items and your cart total is correct when you place your orders.
